We are a husband & wife dynamic duo with extensive experience in property management and residential real estate. We have been Florida residents our entire life, and we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else! ☀ We have one fur baby, and recently expanded our family and welcomed our baby boy in December of 2021. Family is everything to us, and creating memories as a family is priceless. We absolutely love beach days, traveling, and any outdoor experiences you can imagine. We try to make it a priority to incorporate travel into our lifestyle and create everlasting memories. Our favorite trip to date was our “baby moon” in Oahu, Hawaii in 2021. It’s kind of hard to beat! Throughout our travels, we have stayed in everything from all-inclusive resorts to privately owned vacation rentals. Over the years, we know what stands out and creates the most serene and tranquil vacation stay. The small details matter in making the guest experience unforgettable, and we want to help bring that to vacation rentals throughout the Tampa Bay area.

We are entrepreneurs at heart, and never received fulfillment working a 9 to 5 corporate career. Our dream was to own our own business and be in control of our own life (goodbye denied PTO requests), and so while brainstorming it was almost obvious what we had to do. We have an undeniable passion for real estate and helping owners achieve their investment goals with ultimate serenity. “Serenity” by definition is the state of calm, peaceful, and untroubled; that is exactly our mission for every owner and guest we serve.
